The administrative team is the backbone that keeps Caleuche running as a unified project. The Team Leader coordinates all areas and sets the team’s direction, while also representing Caleuche before the university’s directors and deans and building the strategic alliances with sponsors and external organizations that sustain our work. Working closely alongside, each Area Captain leads their division, whether driving the technical development of our three vehicles or keeping the team visible and funded, and together they ensure that every area advances in a coherent and consistent way. Within Software, three Lieutenants serve as the specialists of each subteam: Perception, Networks and Telecommunications, and Control and Path Planning. They own the technical direction of their area and work side by side with every software member, keeping development on track at the most granular level.
